Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select.
Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged for each recurring order unless you choose a prepaid subscription option.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Launch Promotion Price Lock
As part of our Founding Member Launch Promotion, customers who subscribe during this promotional event will have their subscription price locked in for six (6) months from the date of their first subscription order, provided the subscription remains active.
This six-month price lock is a one-time promotional benefit available only during our initial launch promotion. Once this promotion ends, it will not be offered again and will not apply to future subscriptions started after the promotional period.
If you cancel your subscription during the six-month promotional period, the promotional pricing may not be reinstated if you subscribe again later.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not currently in stock but is expected to become available in the future. Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your order.
You may cancel a paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Any refund requests after fulfillment will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated shipping timeframe displayed on the product page and at checkout.
