Hello! I'm Shahil. I just finished my masters of applied science at UBC. During my studies, I spent a lot of long days researching, testing, and trying to build better routines around my schedule.
One thing I kept coming back to was matcha. I loved the taste, and the smoother energy it provided.
Previously, I'd always used to add collagen to my coffee for its skin & joint benefits. But since switching to matcha, I never found a matcha collagen latte that ACTUALLY tasted any good/ dosed properly/ made with clean ingredients.
So I started building Mimu - a functional matcha drink that tastes BETTER than cafe matcha - not protein supplements 🤮 .
